改革开放10年来,我国投资需求迅速增长,对投资需求的主要制约已由资源制约向需求制约方向转化。消费需求的变化成为投资流向、流量的一个重要制约因素。消费需求数量、质量的变动与投资增量流向的关联效应趋强,使加工工业的投资处于一种超常发展的状态,从而导致我国产业结构的巨大变化。回顾建国以来的历史,甚至可以说,没有哪一个历史阶段像这10年一样,消费需求数量与质量的变动,对投资需求、投资方向及产业结构的演进产生如此之大的影响。
In the 10 years since the reform and opening up, the demand for investment in our country has been rapidly increasing. The major constraints on investment demand have been transformed from resource constraints to demand constraints. Changes in consumer demand as an investment flow, an important constraint on traffic. The correlation between the changes in the quantity and quality of consumer demand and the incremental flows of investment has tended to make the investment in the processing industry in a state of extraordinary development, which has led to tremendous changes in the industrial structure of our country. Looking back at the history since the founding of the People’s Republic, we can even say that there is no historical stage like the past 10 years. Changes in the quantity and quality of consumer demand have such a big impact on the investment demand, the direction of investment and the evolution of the industrial structure.
