最近10年多来,由于实现四个现代化的需要和十一届三中全会以来对外开放的积极效应,理论学术界对于国内外许多重大问题展开了逐步深入的探讨。既谓探讨,必然会有不同的观点和主张。例如,关于一国国民经济的发展同国际经济的关系问题,就是一个常常引起争论的“热点”。探索和求答一系列理论问题的途径很多,既可以从本国实践中去分析、探讨并得出结论,又可以借鉴国外的经验和教训。因此,笔者曾以《拉丁美洲对外贸易在国民经济中的地位》为题略陈管见,希望通过讨论求证,为我国国民经济和对外贸易的继续发展提供某些参考。出于同一目的,本文将就拉美经济发展进程中工业化与对外贸易的关系问题,以及与此有关的某些观点加以探讨,就教于国内同行。
In the past decade or so, due to the need of the four modernizations and the positive effects of opening to the outside world since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, theoretical and academic circles have conducted in-depth and in-depth discussions on many major issues both at home and abroad. Both discussion, will inevitably have different views and ideas. For example, the question of the relationship between the development of the national economy of a country and the international economy is a “hot spot” that has often caused controversy. There are many ways to explore and seek answers to a series of theoretical problems. We can analyze, discuss and draw conclusions from our own practice as well as learn from the experience and lessons learned from other countries. Therefore, I once gave a clue to the topic of “the position of Latin American foreign trade in the national economy”. I hope that through discussion and confirmation, we can provide some reference for the continued development of our national economy and foreign trade. For the same purpose, this article will discuss the relationship between industrialization and foreign trade in the process of economic development in Latin America and some of its related perspectives and will teach them domestic counterparts.
