本文通过森林“三害”对建国后各阶段森林资源变化动态的影响，阐明增加森林资源有效价值，在抓造林绿化的同时，必须宏观控制森林“三害”。安徽森林资源是出低谷，开始良性循环，再次证明控制森林“三害”的必要性和重要性。
In this paper, through the forest “three pests” on the dynamic changes of forest resources in various stages after the founding of New China, clarify the effective value of increasing forest resources, while grasping afforestation, we must macro-control the “three pests” of the forest. Anhui’s forest resources are at a low ebb and a virtuous circle has begun, proving once again the necessity and importance of controlling the “three pests” in the forest.
