患者朱××,男,43岁,教师。于1981年5月12日来院门诊。主诉2年前熬夜后觉上前牙腭侧疼痛,后又发现局部红肿,继之逐渐溃烂,披以白色脓样薄膜。曾多次以“口疮”治疗无效,且逐渐向两侧扩展。既往体健,无药物过敏史,无结核史及结核病接触史。口腔检查:多数牙有牙周病,牙石(+),43 123唇侧牙龈见1.2×0.5cm,2×1cm大小浅溃疡;整个硬腭
