所建立的加氢裂化宏观动力学模型,考虑了原料油的组成、操作参数以及催化剂等主要因素的影响,模型直观,简捷明了而不失真,且避免了复杂费时的数学计算。应用模型可预测各种条件下的产品分布及氢耗,模拟效果良好。
The macroscopical kinetic model of hydrocracking was established, taking into account the composition of raw oil, operating parameters and catalysts and other major factors, the model is intuitive, straightforward and without distortion, and avoids complicated and time-consuming mathematical calculations. The application model predicts product distribution and hydrogen consumption under various conditions, and the simulation results are good.
