FLT3是一种新发现的受体型酪氨酸激酶,主要表达在造血干细胞上,与其配体 FL 特异性结合启动细胞内的信号传导,促进细胞增殖。本文综述了运用 FL 与 FLT3在体外扩增树突细胞,并与其他细胞因子如:GM-CSF、IL 等协同作用使树突细胞定向分化成为功能强大的抗原呈递细胞,为免疫治疗提供一种有效的手段。
FLT3 is a newly discovered receptor tyrosine kinase that is mainly expressed on hematopoietic stem cells. FLT3 specifically binds with its ligand FL, which initiates the signal transduction in cells and promotes cell proliferation. This review summarizes the use of FL and FLT3 to expand dendritic cells in vitro and to synergize with other cytokines such as GM-CSF and IL to differentiate dendritic cells into powerful antigen-presenting cells for immunotherapy effective measures.
