针轮少齿差行星传动已为人熟知,其中短幅摆线针轮减速器在我国年产十万台以上。作者新近研制的圆弧针轮传动是针轮少齿差传动的新结构。经过几年的应用,测试、证实它除了具有短幅摆线针轮减速器承载能力大,传动效率高,结构紧凑等优点外,还具有过载能力强、制造成本低,采用普通机床(滚齿机,插齿机)就可成批生产等优点。特别是对我国许多生产老式通用圆柱齿轮减速机(ZS,ZQ,ZL系列)厂家来说,目前正处于产品更新阶段,若采用圆弧针轮传动,不失为一项既不要从新投资,又能迅速取得较高技术经济效益的适用技术。
