目前,在市、县、乡各级党政机关职能部门的文秘工作中,一般还没有开展记“大事记”这项工作。我通过典型测算的结果表明,各部门安排专人记载本部门大事的只占百分之二十左右。已经开展记“大事记”工作的部门,对记载大事还没有制度化、规范化,工作中时断时续,时粗时细。记得细时,将普通工作人员参加的一般例会也记到了“大事记”中,记得粗时,将部门首长参加的市委全委会议和上级机关批准本部门增加内部机构等大事都遗漏了。有些部门虽然也责成办公室或秘书处(科)安排专人记载
