区直属机关工委,按照《中国共产党发展党员工作细则》规定,把抓好入党积极分子的培训工作,提高入党积极分子素质,作为保证新发展党员质量的基础来抓。先后举办了八期入党积极分子培训班,共培训1238人,取得了明显的效果。一是通过培训,加深了入党积极分子对党的基本路线和党的基本知识的理解,提高了思想认识;二是通过培训,积极分子紧密联系个人思想实际,及时找出了自身存在的差距,明确了努力方向;三是提高了入党积极分子的政治素质,保证了新发展党员的质量。绝大多数入党积极分子入党后,已经走上了各级领导岗位,在我区现代化建设中,发挥着更为重要的作用。一、领导重视,把入党积极分子的培训作为大事来抓。一是主要领导亲自抓。为了确保每期培训班的质量,工委书记从基层情况的了解到培训计划的制定,从教材的选购到培训的人数、地点的确定,都认真听取汇报和亲自审定,及时发现和解决工作中的问题。每期培训班开学后,工委领导
