对于造成当前医患关系日益恶化的原因,不同阵营的群体针锋相对,发出不同声音。来自医疗卫生界,以医生为代表的观点是,部分患者要求过高,将医疗比作一般商品,消费就得治好,稍有不顺就殴打医生,医生的辛苦无人理解。患者则认为,部分医生态度不好、大处方、不负责,花了钱却没得到应有的服务。第三方研究人员则表示,医患矛盾的产生还有深层次的原因——长期以来形成的医生大处方、过度医疗使医患信任严重缺失,导致“父债子偿”。纵观发声者,鲜有从自身寻找原因。身为医生,心血管病专家胡大一教授却认为,在医患关系中,医生应承担起责任。胡大一教授的自省精神令人敬佩,本刊遂将其整理摘录,以飨读者。
