采用田间试验方法研究了土中非代换性铵的有效性及其与小麦吸氮量的关系。结果表明,非代换性铵的释放与小麦吸氮有密切关系。分蘖至抽穗期,无论施氮和不施氮土壤,非代换性铵含量与小麦吸氮总量呈显著负相关,r=-0.896~(**)和-0.752(**)。其净释放量和吸氮量间则呈显著正相关,r=0.946~(**)和0.971~(**)。生育后期,非代换性铵释放与有机氮矿化有很大关系。土壤溶液中氮素盈亏平衡和非代换性铵的亏缺度决定着非代换铵的含量、释放和固定。
Field trials were conducted to study the effectiveness of non-substituted ammonium in soil and its relationship with nitrogen uptake by wheat. The results showed that the release of non-substituted ammonium was closely related to nitrogen uptake by wheat. From tillering to heading stage, there was a significant negative correlation between the content of non-substituted ammonium and the total amount of nitrogen absorbed by wheat, both r = -0.896 ~ (**) and -0.752 (**). There was a significant positive correlation between net release and nitrogen uptake, r = 0.946 ~ (**) and 0.971 ~ (**). In later growth period, the release of non-substituted ammonium is closely related to the organic nitrogen mineralization. Nitrogen break-even in soil solution and deficit of non-substituted ammonium determine the content of non-substituted ammonium, release and fixation.
