研究显示,如果每小时起身走路至少2分钟,就能减轻久坐对身体所造成的伤害。久坐会对身体造成长期伤害,容易增加提早死亡的风险和身体患病的风险。对此,美国的研究人员提出用短时间的少量活动来代替久坐。研究人员对3243名参与者进行了研究,这些参与者带着计步器,客观地衡量了活动强度。在随访3年期间,收集了这些参与者的医疗数据。研究结果显示,每小时应增加2分钟的低强度活动。
Studies show that if you walk up for at least 2 minutes every hour, you can reduce the damage done to your body by sedentary. Sitting for a long time can cause long-term physical harm and can easily increase the risk of early death and the risk of illness. In response, the United States researchers proposed a short period of time to replace sedentary activities. The researchers studied 3,243 participants who took a pedometer to objectively measure activity intensity. During the three-year follow-up, the medical data of these participants were collected. The results showed that low-intensity activities should be increased for 2 minutes per hour.
