目的:针对传?病定点医院发热门诊护士身心真实体验调查及人本管理干预?果。方法:选取我院 2019 年 06 月~2020 年 02 月期间发热门诊 24 名轮转护士作为质性研究对象,通过访谈法收集身心体验相关资料进行分析后,制定系列针对性人文关怀干预措施,加强了发热门诊护士的心理卫生保健服务后,对比负性情绪评价结果。结果:发热门诊护士个人需求层次的变化直接影响其身心体验,通过人文关怀人本管理干预后,护士对传?性疾病认知及自身有效防护措施正确率明显上升,焦虑抑郁负性情绪得到明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论:作为传?病定点医院的发热门诊护士,身心负荷复杂,需要引起高度重视。通过人本管理及心理卫生保健服务等系列针对性人文关怀干预措施的实施,发热门诊护士凸显的身心问题及实际需求得到满意的解决。“,”Objective:A survey on the real physical and mental experience of nurses in fever clinics of designated infectious disease hospitals and the results of human-based management interventions. Methods:We selected 24 rotating nurses from the fever clinic in our hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 as the qualitative research objects. After the intervention of humanistic care and humanistic management, the accuracy of nurses’ awareness of infectious diseases and their own effective protective measures has increased significantly, and their anxiety, depression, and negative emotions have been significantly alleviated (P <0.05).Conclusion:As a nurse in a fever clinic of a designated hospital for infectious diseases, the physical and mental burden is complicated and requires great attention. Through the implementation of a series of targeted humanistic care intervention measures such as human-based management and mental health care services, the prominent physical and mental problems and actual needs of nurses in fever clinics have been satisfactorily resolved.
