探讨载脂蛋白A1、B与胆石成因的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法测定血清与胆汁中的载脂蛋白A1、B,并用常规生化方法测定血清与胆汁中的酯类含量,分析载脂蛋白A1、B与血清及胆汁酯类的关系及对胆石形成的影响。结果载脂蛋白A1与血清及胆汁酯类含量变化密切相关。结论载脂蛋白A1是一抗成核因子。
To explore the relationship between apolipoprotein A1, B and gallstone causes. Methods Serum and bile apolipoproteins A1 and B were determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA. The contents of serum esters and bile esters were determined by routine biochemical methods. The relationship between apolipoproteins A1 and B and serum and bile esters was analyzed. The impact of gallstone formation. Results Apolipoprotein A1 was closely related to the changes of serum and bile ester contents. Conclusion Apolipoprotein A1 is a primary anti-nuclear factor.
