应用脑内微透析技术观察五菟颗粒剂在大鼠脑缺血时海马细胞外液氨基酸的变化。结果显示:该药对缺血前脑细胞外液氨基酸水平无明显影响(P>0.05);缺血时,试验组Glu和Asp比对照组明显减低(P<0.01)。提示当脑缺血时,五菟颗粒剂能减少脑细胞兴奋性氨基酸的释放,对脑组织起保护作用。
The brain microdialysis technique was used to observe the changes of amino acids in the extracellular fluid of hippocampus in rats with cerebral ischemia. The results showed that the drug had no significant effect on the level of extracellular fluid amino acids in the brain before ischemia (P>0.05). In the ischemic period, the Glu and Asp in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). It is suggested that Wuyan granules can reduce the release of excitatory amino acids from brain cells and protect the brain tissue during cerebral ischemia.
