目的建立HPLC法测定忍冬藤中4种环烯醚萜苷的方法。方法使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸水(B)梯度洗脱,0~10min,10%~14%A;10~35min,14%A;体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长236nm。柱温30℃。结果裂环马钱子苷酸、马钱苷、当药苷、secologanoside-7-methylester分别在0.8064~32.256μg、2.136~85.44μg、0.7936~31.744μg、0.7824~31.296μg呈良好线性关系;回收率分别为101.27%、98.50%、101.34%、101.36%,RSD分别为2.30%、1.54%、2.10%、1.87%;结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定忍冬藤中4种环烯醚萜苷的量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of four iridoid glycosides in honeysuckle. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), gradient elution from acetonitrile (A) to 0.05% phosphoric acid (B), 0-10 min, 10-14% A; Volume flow 1.0mL / min, detection wavelength 236nm. Results A good linear relationship was observed between secomycinoside-7-methylester and chloramphenicol and loganinoside-7-methylester at 0.8064 ~ 32.256μg, 2.136 ~ 85.44μg, 0.7936 ~ 31.744μg and 0.7824 ~ 31.296μg respectively.
