为应对国际金融危机和国内严峻的经济形势,党中央、国务院于2008年11月决定采取灵活审慎的宏观经济政策,实行积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策,并确定了进一步扩大内需、促进经济增长的十项措施。
In response to the international financial crisis and the severe domestic economic situation, the Central Party Committee and the State Council decided in November 2008 to adopt a flexible and prudent macroeconomic policy, adopt an active fiscal policy and a moderately easy monetary policy and determined that further expanding domestic demand and promoting Ten measures of economic growth.
