每一个时代都有一个主导的管理理念作为管理系统的动作支撑点。随着社会环境的变化,传统图书馆管理理念已无法适应图书馆发展的需要。要解决图书馆发展所面临的问题,就必须创新图书馆管理理念,实现人本管理、服务创新管理、协作办馆以及依法治馆。这既是提升图书馆的工作水平、服务质量和服务效率的一个重要手段,也是构建和谐社会的迫切需要。
Each era has a dominant management philosophy as a management system of action support. With the change of social environment, the traditional concept of library management can not meet the need of library development. To solve the problems faced by the development of the library, we must innovate the concept of library management, realize the management of people-based management, service innovation and management, the cooperation of libraries and the management of the library according to law. This is not only an important means of improving the working level, service quality and service efficiency of libraries, but also the urgent need of building a harmonious society.
