新课程标准倡导高中生物教学应面向全体学生,实现每位学生的个性化发展,激励教学则在这一背景下应运而生。该教学法贯彻以人为本的教学理念,因材施教,通过多种多样的教学措施,深入发掘高中学生的内在潜能,以适应社会人才的需要。笔者结合自身多年的实践经验,深入对激励策略在高中生物教学中的应用对策进行探讨,为高中学生的全方位发展提供理论支持。
The new curriculum standards advocate that senior high school biology teaching should be aimed at all the students and realize the individualized development of each student. In this context, inspiring teaching came into being. The teaching method implements the people-oriented teaching philosophy, teaching students according to their aptitudes, through a variety of teaching methods, in-depth exploration of the inherent potential of high school students to adapt to the needs of social talent. Based on my years of practical experience, the author discusses in depth the application strategies of incentive strategies in high school biology teaching, and provides theoretical support for the all-round development of high school students.
