目的:探讨采用埋线加小切口去脂法重睑术适应症的选择。方法:通过对98例上睑臃肿预行重睑术的求美者,做埋线加小切口去脂重睑术所积累的临床经验,总结出怎样选择最适合采用此术式的病例特征。详细阐述了从切口设计,操作方法,到注意事项等手术全过程。结果:98例病例中,有2例去脂后上睑仍稍厚,重睑线略浅,其余病例都取得了满意的效果。结论虽然此方法手术操作简单,容易掌握,术后重睑自然,无疤痕,但如果适应症选择不准确,也难收到理想的效果。
Objective: To explore the choice of indications for double eyelid surgery by embedding with small incision and degreasing method. Methods: 98 cases of upper eyelid bloated double eyelid surgery for the United States, doing embedding plus small incision lipolysis double eyelid surgery accumulated clinical experience, summed up how to choose the most suitable for the use of this case of the case characteristics. Described in detail from the incision design, methods of operation, to the matters needing attention such as the whole process of surgery. Results: Of the 98 cases, 2 had a slightly thicker upper eyelid and a slightly lighter eyelid line, and the remaining cases achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Although this method is simple and easy to grasp, the double eyelid is natural and scarless. However, if the indications are inaccurate, it is hard to receive the desired results.
