日前,水利部和全国节约用水办公室下发了《关于授予第二批全国节水型社会建设示范区称号的通知》(水资源〔2013〕108号),对完成试点任务并通过评估验收的宁夏回族自治区等32个节水型社会建设试点授予第二批“全国节水型社会建设示范区”称号。安徽省淮北市名列其中。“全国节水型社会建设示范区”实行动态管理,水利部和全国节约用水办公室每三年对其进行一次复核,未达到评定要求的将取消其称号。这标志着节水型社会建设从试点建设阶段转入了全面、深入推进阶段。淮北市严格按照安徽省政府批复的《淮北市节水型社会建设规划》,制定了年度实施计划,积极推进各项工作。结合区域特
