目的:对应用格列美脲对患有2型糖尿病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择在我院就诊的患有2型糖尿病的患者82例进行临床研究。结果:治疗组患者血糖水平恢复正常时间;糖尿病治疗期间不良反应明显少于对照组;糖尿病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:应用格列美脲对患有2型糖尿病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effect of glimepiride in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 82 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital were selected for clinical study. Results: The blood sugar level of the treatment group returned to normal time; the adverse reaction during the treatment of diabetes was significantly less than that of the control group; the treatment effect of diabetes was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect of glimepiride in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes is very significant.
