目的:分析探讨中西医结合治疗胃癌的疗效。方法:选取我院于2013年3月至2014年6月收治的胃癌患者60例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。其中,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,对照组患者给予西医化疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及化疗的不良反应率。结果:经过不同的治疗之后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,比较具有显著差异性(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的化疗不良反应率明显低于对照组,比较具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃癌具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gastric cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2014 were selected as clinical study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Among them, patients in the observation group were given Integrative Medicine and patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and the adverse reaction rate of chemotherapy were compared. Results: After different treatments, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group There was significant difference (P <0.05).
