针对最小极限背吃刀量的理论分析问题，对切屑折断曲线进行了系统分析，建立了三维切削横向卷曲截面参数的理论公式；推导了最小极限背吃刀量理论计算公式，并通过迭代计算得出近似的CD部分曲线，求导后得出最小极限背吃刀量，与实验结果符合很好．
