光学显微镜下观测了常规制作的羊心室组织标本中,33个心室肌细胞的各种形态学参量。应用模糊聚类分析对所观察的心肌细胞进行了软分类。作者认为,目前将心室肌分为:束细胞、兼性心肌,准工作心肌和终末工作心肌细胞四类更为适宜。对形态学观察及数学分析结果的生理学意义作了简要的讨论。
Under the light microscope, the morphological parameters of 33 ventricular myocytes were observed in routinely made sheep ventricular tissue specimens. The observed cardiomyocytes were softly classified using fuzzy clustering analysis. The author believes that the current ventricular muscle is divided into: beam cells, facultative myocardium, quasi-working cardiac and terminal working cardiomyocytes more appropriate four categories. The morphological observations and mathematical analysis of the physiological significance of the results made a brief discussion.
