一般认为,环甲关节是一对滑膜关节,即间接连结。而借纤维性结缔组织直接连结者,尚未见有记载和报道。笔者在对20侧成人离体喉(完整喉5个、左半喉6侧、右半喉4侧)进行环甲关节的形态研究时,发现4侧(其中双侧均为纤维性结缔组织连结者1例,左半喉者1例,右半喉者1例)。为积累国人体质资料,并提供临床医师参考,现报道如下。解剖所见:在放大6倍的手术显微镜下,剔除环甲关节囊外周的软组织,暴露关节囊,
