Objective To evaluate the cleanliness of minimally invasive surgical instruments by adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence. Methods A total of 60 sets of ectopic pregnancy, gynecology, extrauterine and extra-ordinary minimally invasive surgical instruments were selected. The cleanliness of the minimally invasive surgical instruments before and after pre-wash and the pre-wash were detected by ATP biofluorescence. The relative fluorescence intensity RLU) rate of decline, statistical minimally invasive equipment before packing the pass rate. Results The RLU of the minimally invasive devices after recycle was high, the pollution was serious and the contamination degree was different in different parts (P <0.05). The external contamination of the device was the most serious, External cleanliness pass rate lower than the lumen (P <0.05), the larger the surface area, the lower the pass rate. Conclusions The equipment for residual minimally invasive cleaning after cleaning is contaminated. Currently, the existing minimally invasive device cleaning methods need to be improved.
