Pre-excitation syndrome patients prone to recurrent tachycardia (RT) atrioventricular node (AVN) usually bear forward antecedent, the additional channel is reverse, with some exceptions. The situation will be more complicated if the AVN has multiple channels. This article reports the mechanism of spontaneous termination of pre-excitation syndrome in patients with episodes of RT due to dual-channel interactions within the AVN.
