采用气相色谱/质谱对大连湾表层沉积物中11种甾醇进行了监测,探讨了大连湾17个站位的表层沉积物中甾醇的分布特征。结果表明,大连湾17个站位的表层沉积物中11种甾醇的含量范围为1.627×10-6~34.617×10-6;甾醇分布呈现出近岸区高于离岸海区,近排污口区高于远排污口区的态势;甾醇种类主要为C27甾醇和C29甾醇;其来源主要是大量生活污水的输入。
Eleven sterols in the surface sediments of the Dalian Bay were monitored by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. The distribution of sterols in surface sediments at 17 stations in the Dalian Bay was investigated. The results showed that the content of 11 sterols in the surface sediments of 17 stations in the Dalian Bay ranged from 1.627 × 10-6 to 34.617 × 10-6. The distribution of sterols showed that the near-shore area was higher than the offshore area and the near-discharge area Higher than far away from the sewage outfall situation; sterols mainly C27 sterols and C29 sterols; its source is mainly a large number of domestic sewage input.
