目的 为了探讨人松果体脑砂的结构特征和化学成分。方法 对经 Na OH消蚀处理的人松果体内脑砂 ,进行了扫描电镜观察和化学元素分析。结果 松果体组织块经用 Na OH消蚀处理后 ,其内部的脑砂能被清晰的暴露 ,并可制得单纯的脑砂样品。松果体脑砂大小不等 ,常呈桑椹状球形小体 ;既可存在于松果体的中央区 ,也可位于松果体的周边部。构成脑砂的化学元素 ,主要为钙 (5 4.82 % )和磷 (2 5 .83% ) ,还有少量银(16 .0 1% )和铁 (3.34% )等 ;钙 /磷比值约为 2 .12 / 1。结论 扫描电镜观察和化学元素分析的结果提示 ,脑砂似为矿物质在松果体内的逐渐沉积 ,更象是一种复杂的时间 -数量性矿化 ,而非简单的年轮样钙化。
Objective To explore the structural characteristics and chemical composition of human pineal sand. Methods The brain sand of pineal gland treated with NaOH was subjected to scanning electron microscopy and chemical elemental analysis. Results After pineal tissue was treated with NaOH, the brain sand inside was clearly exposed, and pure brain sand samples could be obtained. Pineal brain sand ranging in size, often mulberry spherical bodies; either in the central area of the pineal gland, pineal body can also be located in the periphery. The chemical elements that make up brain sand are mainly calcium (5 4.82%) and phosphorus (25.83%), as well as small amounts of silver (16.1%) and iron (3.34%), etc .; 2 .12 / 1. Conclusions The results of scanning electron microscopy and chemical element analysis suggest that brain sand is like the gradual deposition of minerals in the pineal gland and more like a complex time-quantitative mineralization rather than simple ring-like calcification.
