当前医院暴力伤医的频发已经引起包括学术界在内的社会各界的广泛关注,如何识别、保护医院高危人群,防止医院暴力的发生成为学术界研究的重点。本文以黑龙江省三级医院为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,从医护角度出发探讨可能影响医生与护士遭受职场暴力的主要因素,以期预防医院暴力的发生,一定程度上缓解医患紧张关系,为保护高危医护人员提供实证依据。本研究中的医院暴力采用世界卫生组织
