克拉玛依砾岩油田有些油层含高粘度原油,并有一定的含油面积,储层非均质程度高,注水开发中粘性指状突进显著,水驱效果差。因此提出了在中含水期泡沫驱油试验方案。通过室内选剂、配方优选、管式模型、平面模拟及矿场试验,从试验到观察结束,历时16年(室内试验5年、矿场泡沫段塞4年、清水驱替7年)。结果表明:烷基苯磺酸钠是一种较好的生泡剂,用以生泡驱油,可以大幅度降低中含水期的油田含水率,提高采油速度,对于水驱最终采收率为26~28%的油田,可以提高采收率7~8%,具有良好的经济效果。

The ultimate recovery of waterflooding is 26 ~ 28% of the oil field, oil recovery can improve 7 to 8%, with good economic results.
