目的:探讨重度深覆患者采用活动义齿修复的临床效果。方法:选择36例中青年重度深覆患者,采用矫治性活动义齿治疗,评价其临床效果。结果:34例患者解除了重度深覆牙合,后牙达到了完全接触;2例患者放弃了治疗。结论:矫治性活动义齿对中青年重度深覆患者有较好的治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitating dentures in patients with severe deep overburden. Methods: Thirty-six patients with severe deep overgrowth in young and middle-aged patients were selected and treated with orthodontic dentures. The clinical effect was evaluated. RESULTS: Thirty-four patients were relieved of severe deep overbite and the posterior teeth reached full contact; two patients gave up treatment. Conclusion: The treatment of dentures on the activities of young patients with severe deep overburden have a better therapeutic effect.
