目的探讨血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病的护理方式。方法选择行血液透析治疗的83例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为42例、41例。观察组患者给予综合护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。结果观察组患者对护理工作满意率为97.62%,对照组患者满意率为82.93%,其差异(χ~2=5.14,P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为4.76%,对照组为19.51%,其差异(χ~2=4.26,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者在血液透析治疗时给予综合护理,可提高治疗效果,使并发症的发生率减少,患者满意率和生活质量大大提高。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods of hemodialysis for diabetic nephropathy. Methods 83 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated by hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, which were 42 cases and 41 cases respectively. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care while patients in the control group were given routine care. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing work in observation group was 97.62%, while that in control group was 82.93% (χ ~ 2 = 5.14, P <0.05). In the observation group, the incidence of complications was 4.76% in the control group and 19.51% in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 4.26, P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with diabetic nephropathy can give comprehensive care during hemodialysis treatment, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, and greatly improve the patient satisfaction rate and quality of life.
