新时期的思想政治工作具有鲜明的民主平等的特征、鲜明的社会服务特征、鲜明的阳光监督特征,鲜明的个性化特征等。新时期保障企业职工的合法权益是国有企业基层工会开展其思想政治工作的基本,企业基层工会要在工作中,充分发挥其引导和管理职能,加强职工在国有企业各项事务中的民主管理和民主监督作用,于细微处为维护职工合法权益做保障。充分做好企业职工的思想政治建设,有利于促进企业进一步健康发展。
The ideological and political work in the new era has distinct characteristics of democratic equality, distinctive features of social services, distinctive features of sunshine supervision, and distinctive personal characteristics. In the new period, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff members of enterprises is the basic of carrying out their ideological and political work among state-owned enterprise grass-roots trade unions. The grassroots trade unions of enterprises should give full play to their guiding and management functions in their work and strengthen their democratic management in all matters of state-owned enterprises. The role of democratic supervision is to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff in subtle places. To do a good job in ideological and political construction of enterprise workers is conducive to promoting the further healthy development of enterprises.
