本文提出了电流型逆变器-感应电动机变频调速系统中电机驱动恒功率负载时,系统以最大效率运行的节能控制方式。重点阐述了控制方案和用单片微型计算机构成函数发生器的软硬件设计方法,并给出了实验结果。当电机运行于30%额定负载时,可提高效率9%左右。在已建立的系统中,本方案只需优化电压频率的协调关系,不增加额外环节,保持了系统原有的动态和静态性能。
This paper presents a current-mode inverter - induction motor speed control system, motor-driven constant power load, the system to run the most efficient energy-saving control. The control scheme and the hardware and software design method of the function generator with single-chip microcomputer are emphatically described. The experimental results are also given. When the motor is running at 30% of rated load, the efficiency can be improved by about 9%. In the established system, this scheme only needs to optimize the coordination of voltage and frequency, without adding additional links, maintaining the original dynamic and static performance of the system.
