前言为使零件能在密封条件下在予制气氛中进行渗碳及保护加热淬火,我厂采用了带有前室及淬火油槽的周期式多用炉。为解决气源问题,我们试验采用有机液体(甲醇、乙醇、丙酮等)经喷油咀高压雾化后,喷入一个固定温度的裂化炉内,使其充分裂化形成渗碳气氛,经冷却后再送入工作炉进行工件的渗碳处理,渗碳后的工件又在同一气氛保护下进行加热淬
