目的 :探讨不同剂量氟比洛芬应用于少儿先天性心脏病术后静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)对患儿植物神经功能的影响。方法 :选择本院收治的拟行心脏病手术的少儿120例,随机分为6组,按患儿体质量及氟比洛芬注射剂量不同,将120例患儿分别为空白对照组、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0和2.5mg/kg组。比较不同剂量氟比洛芬酯对患儿术后镇痛的效果及患儿植物神经功能的影响及不良反应发生情况。结果 :氟比洛芬用于先天性心脏病患儿术后镇痛有效,但大剂量的氟比洛芬会引起较严重的不良反应;空白组患儿的植物神经平衡的指标与1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5mg/kg组患儿的指标相比均有差异,且差异有统计学意义;与交感神经和副交感神经平衡时的y值相比,空白对照组、0.5、2.5mg/kg组患儿测得的y值均有差异,且差异均显著;而与交感神经和副交感神经平衡时的y值相比,1.0、1.5、2.0mg/kg组患儿的y值均没有显著差异。结论 :氟比洛芬应用于先天性心脏病术后静脉自控镇痛对患儿的植物神经功能有影响,适宜剂量的氟比洛芬酯有助于患儿术后恢复及维持患儿植物神经系统的正常。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of flurbiprofen on autonomic neurological function in children with postoperative intravenous controlled analgesia (PCIA) of children with congenital heart disease. Methods: 120 children admitted to our hospital undergoing cardiac surgery were randomly divided into 6 groups. According to their body weight and the dosage of flurbiprofen injection, 120 children were randomly divided into blank control group, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mg / kg groups. The effects of different doses of flurbiprofen axetil on the postoperative analgesia in children and the autonomic nervous function and the incidence of adverse reactions in children were compared. RESULTS: Flurbiprofen was effective in postoperative analgesia in children with congenital heart disease, but high doses of flurbiprofen caused more serious adverse reactions. The indexes of autonomic balance in children in the blank group were similar to 1.0 and 1.5 , 2.0, 2.5mg / kg group compared with the indicators of children were different, and the difference was statistically significant; compared with the sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic balance y value compared to the blank control group, 0.5,2.5mg / kg group The values of y in children were all different, and the differences were significant. However, there was no significant difference in the y values of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mg / kg groups when compared with the y values at the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. Conclusion: The application of flurbiprofen in patients with congenital heart disease after intravenous controlled analgesia has an effect on the autonomic function of children. Flurbiprofen axetil at the proper dose can help children recover and maintain autonomic nerve The system is normal.
