目前,国内各试验室用的大吨位(30吨以上)万能材料试验机,由于钳口的自重量和弹簧拉力,夹持试样时,劳动强度较大。同时,由于钳口底座两侧的变形,钳口部分不是整体接触试样夹持部分,造成试样在钳口内滑动,直接影响了试验精度和工作效率。为了简化操作,提高工效,保证质量,我们对DLY—30万能材料试验机的夹具进行了改革,初步革新成功了螺旋台夹持装置。一、结构与基本原理将原钳口卡板和钳口加工成图1形式。取掉原机上钳口卡板的弹簧和拖动杠杆。
