本文研究了截面尺寸对45钢淬透性的影响。结果表明,用U形曲线法表示淬透性比其它方法准确、实用,并探讨了大截面45钢件用淬火+低温回火的方法部分代替调质件和表面淬火件的可能性。
In this paper, the effect of section size on the hardenability of 45 steel was studied. The results show that the hardenability by U-shaped curve method is more accurate and practical than other methods, and the possibility of partial replacement of quenched parts and surface hardened parts by quenching + low-temperature tempering of 45 steel with large section is discussed.
