目的探讨根皮苷酚(phloroglucin)联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的效果及对患者血红素氧合酶-1(Heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月接受治疗的先兆流产患者140例,随机分为黄体酮组和联合治疗组,每组70例。黄体酮组患者给予黄体酮治疗,联合治疗组患者在黄体酮治疗的基础上给予根皮苷酚治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、雌二醇(estradiol,E 2)、HO-1、一氧化碳血红蛋白(carbox
