目的：探讨骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折（OVCF）患者血清SRC-3、PGC-1α的水平及其与骨密度（BMD）的相关性。方法：将2014年5月~2016年5月我院骨科收治的64例OVCF患者作为观察组,同期匹配选择64例骨质疏松症且未合并骨折者作为对照A组及64例健康体检者作为对照B组。X线骨密度仪测定患者的腰椎骨密度,ELISA法测定患者血清SRC-3、PGC-1α的水平。结果：观察组患者的BMD值低于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照A组的BMD值低于对照B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈
