三缸单作用泥浆泵虽然明显地优于双缸双作用泥浆泵,但由于现有国产泵的液力端部件,其工作可靠性和耐用度尚满足不了发展中的钻井新工艺的要求,为修泵所耗时间竟占整个现场设备检修时间的70~80%。为此,作者提出应着重从选择合理的活塞加速度入手,解决设计参数与工作寿命之间的矛盾,例如提出合理选择最高冲次、正确确定活塞加速度上限值等。
