为了准确利用已飞飞机的使用寿命,探讨了两种情况下已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数:①探讨已飞飞机的原寿命等于机群飞机给定使用寿命时的疲劳分散系数;②探讨已飞飞机作为机群飞机定寿试验机时的疲劳分散系数。通过研究,第1种情况的已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数可取1,第2种情况的已飞飞机原寿命的疲劳分散系数按规范规定的试验寿命的疲劳分散系数取值。这种取值方法可提高飞机定寿的可靠性。
In order to make full use of the useful life of the already-flying aircraft, the fatigue scatter coefficient of the original life of the already-flying aircraft in two cases is discussed: (1) Exploring the original life of the flying aircraft equals to the fatigue dispersion coefficient of the aircraft with a given service life; (2) Flying aircraft as a fleet of aircraft fixed life testing machine fatigue dispersion coefficient. According to the research, the fatigue dispersion coefficient of the original life of the already-flying aircraft in the first case is 1, and the fatigue dispersion coefficient of the former life of the already-flying aircraft in the second case is taken as the fatigue dispersion coefficient of the test life specified in the regulation. This method of valuation can improve the reliability of aircraft life.
