采用微通道反应器法直接合成锂离子电池正极材料。并且采用XRD、FESEM、FT-IR和电化学测试系统对样品进行一系列的表征。实验结果表明,流速为100mL/min,反应物浓度为0.1mol/L时制备得到了分散比较均匀的样品,该正极材料具有良好的循环性能和倍率性能,在0.1C倍率下首次放电比容量达到136.6mAh/g。在0.4C倍率下首次放电比容量为93.73mAh/g,50个循环之后,容量基本无衰减。
Direct synthesis of lithium ion battery cathode material by microchannel reactor method. The samples were characterized by XRD, FESEM, FT-IR and electrochemical test. The experimental results show that when the flow rate is 100mL / min and the reactant concentration is 0.1mol / L, the sample with relatively uniform dispersion is prepared. The cathode material has good cycle performance and rate performance. The initial discharge specific capacity at 0.1C rate reaches 136.6 mAh / g. The initial discharge capacity at a rate of 0.4C was 93.73mAh / g. After 50 cycles, the capacity was basically unchanged.
