以海洋贝壳粉和热塑性聚氨酯材料(TPU)为主要原料,通过湿法转相技术和无机矿物质填充改性技术,成功制得海洋贝壳粉基合成纸。并利用现代分析测试手段对合成纸的截面形貌和基本性能进行了分析研究。扫描电镜观察表明,合成纸内部为多孔结构;贝壳粉颗粒分散均匀,未发现明显的团聚现象。当贝壳粉含量为50%时,合成纸吸墨率为18.10%,断裂伸长率达到80.64%,同时还具有良好的阻燃、印刷、书写和耐水性能,综合性能最好。
Taking marine shell powder and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as the main raw materials, the marine shell-based synthetic paper was successfully prepared by wet phase inversion technology and inorganic mineral filling modification technology. And the use of modern analytical test means to cross-sectional morphology and basic properties of synthetic paper were analyzed. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the internal structure of synthetic paper porous structure; shell powder particles dispersed evenly, did not find significant agglomeration phenomenon. When the content of shell powder is 50%, the absorbency rate of synthetic paper is 18.10% and the elongation at break reaches 80.64%. At the same time, it also has good flame retardancy, printing, writing and water resistance, and has the best overall performance.
