以复合纤维为增强纤维,按照一定的配方和一定的干法热压工艺制备了一种摩擦材料。在复合纤维质量分数一定的条件下,采用逐步替代法,探讨了玻璃纤维含量对摩擦材料的性能影响。结果表明,玻璃纤维的含量对摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能、机械强度等有显著的影响,通过改变复合纤维中各组分的比例,可以获得性能优异的摩擦材料。以复合纤维为增强材料,在该配方下,玻璃纤维的最佳质量分数为6%。
Taking the composite fiber as the reinforcing fiber, a friction material was prepared according to a certain formula and a certain dry pressing process. Under the condition of certain mass fraction of composite fiber, the influence of glass fiber content on the performance of friction material was investigated by the stepwise substitution method. The results show that the content of glass fiber has a significant effect on the friction and wear properties and the mechanical strength of the friction material. The friction material with excellent properties can be obtained by changing the proportion of each component in the composite fiber. The composite fiber as a reinforcing material, in the formula, the best glass fiber content of 6%.
