实验观察了三硝基甲苯(TNT)10、50和100mg/kg剂量及4-氨基-2,6-二硝基甲苯(4-A)50、100和200mg/kg剂量对615小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变率的影响。实验结果显示,TNT和4-A诱发小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变率明显增高,呈剂量效应关系。表明它们都是性细胞染色体的诱变物,而且4-A的诱变活性与TNT相近。
