患者,男性,34岁。1994年3月2日因发现 M 蛋白8年,面色苍白、乏力2月入院。28年前因右肱骨软骨瘤在外院曾作软骨瘤切除术,当时 A/G=4.7/1.8,Hb124g/L。8年前因腰痛在外院诊断为腰4～5椎间盘脱出症,曾疑有多发性骨髓瘤。A/G=2.8/4.6,M 带(β-球蛋白)0.453,Hb100g/L。SR140mm/h。骨髓浆细胞0.005。全身骨影像及骨骼照片未见多发性骨髓瘤改变。3年前外院检查 A/G=4.2/4.6.β-
Patient, male, 34 years old. On March 2, 1994, because of the discovery of M protein for 8 years, she was pale and fatigued and admitted to hospital in February. Twenty-eight years ago, the right sacrum chondroma was used to perform chondroma resection in the outer court. At that time, A/G was 4.7/1.8 and Hb was 124 g/L. 8 years ago because of low back pain in the external hospital diagnosed as lumbar 4 to 5 disc prolapse syndrome, had suspected multiple myeloma. A/G=2.8/4.6, M band (β-globulin) 0.453, Hb 100 g/L. SR140mm/h. Bone marrow plasma cells 0.005. There was no change in multiple myeloma in whole body bone images and bone photos.
