目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清过氧化物酶(Peroxidase.POD)和肿瘤坏死因子(TumorNecrosisFactor.TNF)测定的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the determination of serum peroxidase (POD) and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The serum POD activity and TNF content in 30 cases of breast cancer, 30 cases of benign breast disease and 30 cases of normal women were determined, and the relationship between the two was discussed. Their relationship with the degree of tumor tissue necrosis and the amount of lymphocytes around the cancer was analyzed. RESULTS: Serum POD activity was significantly increased in breast cancer patients and was closely related to serum TNF levels. Serum POD activity and TNF content were positively correlated with the degree of tumor necrosis and the amount of lymphocytes around the cancer. Conclusion: Serum POD can stimulate macrophages to release TNF and other cell mediators, leading to tumor necrosis and invasion of pericancerous lymphocytes. Determination of serum POD activity can reflect the immune status of breast cancer patients. The determination of serum POD activity also contributes to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
